Refund policy

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes product changes, order cancellations, etc. 

Refunds:

Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds.

Customers must complete all return requests within five days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. Original zip ties must remain intact as the customer received it.

Insurance
We suggest that all returns be returned to us through a traceable postal carrier with insurance added for your protection. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.

The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. A store credit would be issued once received. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.

Product Quality & Care
We take pride in offering Quality Guaranteed hair extensions. Because natural hair reacts to washing and conditioning, many concerns can be resolved by following our recommended hair care regimen.

Return to Sender Shipments
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout will not be refunded. Once the package is returned, the customer may pay the applicable reshipping fee to have the order sent again. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
