Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pickups outside these hours (before 9 AM, after 5 PM and weekends) may be accommodated with advance notice. Shipping fees refunded once retrieved.
Local Pickup Request Policy
Local pick-up has been discontinued as a standard service at check out. However, accommodations may be made upon request.
To request a local pick-up, you must email or text using the same email address or phone number used to place your order.
Your message must include the following:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Desired Pick-Up Date & Time
Please note:
- A valid ID is required at the time of pick-up.
- Requests missing any of the above information will not be processed.
Please note that DMV-area deliveries are typically completed within 1 business day, making delivery the most efficient option.
Example Request
“Hi, I’d like to request a local pick-up.
Name: Jane Doe
Order Number: #1234
Requested Pick-Up: March 28 at 2:00 PM”
Shipping Timeframes
Products ship within 1 business day from your order date.

Express Shipping: 2 business days
(Orders placed after 5PM will ship the next business day. Sundays and holidays not included.) -
Overnight Shipping: Next Day
(Orders placed after 5PM will ship the next business day. Sundays and holidays not included.) -
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance.
International orders typically take up to 8 business days and are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, and UPS.
Please note: International shipping fees do not include any customs duties or tariffs charged by your country.
Undeliverable / Lost / Returned to Sender Packages
If your package is returned to Kaomi Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be restocked and you’ll receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the original shipping cost. Shipping fees and Route Protection are non-refundable.

We do not reship or replace returned packages. You may use your E-Gift Card to place a new order with a corrected address. Please note: items may be out of stock or priced differently at the time of reorder.
