Brush & Style Gently:
Detangle from ends to roots. Use minimal styling products to avoid buildup.
Control Frizz:
Use a serum or polishing oil (preferably alcohol-free) to add shine and smooth flyaways.
Protect from Heat:
If using heat tools, always apply a heat protectant. Just like natural hair, excessive heat can loosen curls or waves over time.
Control Shedding:
If you must cut a weft, make sure to reseal the cut edge using a weft sealant to minimize hair longevity.
Define Curls
To enhance the natural curl pattern, scrunch the hair gently while it’s wet and diffuse on low heat—no product needed for definition. Diffusing is non-negotiable.

Products ship within 1 business day from your order date.
- Express Shipping: 2 business days
(Orders placed after 5PM will ship the next business day. Express orders shipped on Fridays will arrive Monday.) - Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance.
International
International orders typically take up to 10 business days and are shipped via Fedex, Ups and DHL.
Please note: International shipping fees do not include any customs duties or tariffs charged by your country.
Undeliverable / Lost / Returned to Sender Packages
If your package is returned to Kaomi Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be restocked and you’ll receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the original shipping cost. Shipping fees and Route Protection are non-refundable.
Common causes of return:
- Incorrect or misspelled address
- Missing apartment, suite, or building number
- Unsafe delivery conditions
- Recipient refusal or relocation
We do not reship or replace returned packages. You may use your E-Gift Card to place a new order with a corrected address. Please note: items may be out of stock or priced differently at the time of reorder.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email within 3 calendar days from the date you received your package.
